Join the Shaftesbury Millie College Enterprise team as a Conservation Technician, focusing on outdoor enterprises like Horticulture and Conservation. The role involves managing conservation areas, supporting educational activities, and maintaining safe, accessible environments across a 350-acre site.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Conservation Horticulture areas
  • Maintain health & safety records and ensure compliance
  • Inspect grounds and structures regularly for safety
  • Coordinate with enterprise managers for effective delivery
  • Identify repairs and liaise with maintenance
  • Support material and equipment procurement
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed
  • Work flexibly, including weekends and out of hours as needed
  • Support college events and communication efforts

Candidate Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Conservation or Horticulture, or equivalent experience
