Join the Shaftesbury Millie College Enterprise team as a Conservation Technician, focusing on outdoor enterprises like Horticulture and Conservation. The role involves managing conservation areas, supporting educational activities, and maintaining safe, accessible environments across a 350-acre site.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee Conservation Horticulture areas
- Maintain health & safety records and ensure compliance
- Inspect grounds and structures regularly for safety
- Coordinate with enterprise managers for effective delivery
- Identify repairs and liaise with maintenance
- Support material and equipment procurement
- Ensure safety procedures are followed
- Work flexibly, including weekends and out of hours as needed
- Support college events and communication efforts
