We are recruiting Bank Enabling Support Workers at Shaftesbury Northfields.

About the Role

As a Bank Enabling Support Worker your role is to provide support and encouragement by taking direction from both the person supported and the person‑centred support plan. You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication. The role may include covering sleep sessions, for which you will receive an additional £60 per session. This role may involve working anywhere from an hour to 24 hours a day, supporting adults with a wide range of needs and living situations.
