At Shaftesbury Burnham on Sea we are recruiting Enabling Support Workers. Somerset is an independent living service that provides flexible, client‑driven care, health and inclusion support for people with a wide range of needs and living situations.

About The Role

As an Enabling Support Worker you will provide support and encouragement, following direction from the person supported and the person‑centred support plan. You will maintain accurate records in line with service requirements and may be required to administer personal care and medication. Covering sleep‑in sessions is required, and you will receive an additional £60 per sleep‑in.
