We are recruiting for Bank Enabling Support Workers to work within our Bournemouth services – Marion House, Ivy Lodge and Stirling Road.

Please note this role does not qualify for sponsorship, as the hours available do not meet the guidelines set by the Home Office.

About The Role

As a Bank Enabling Support Worker you will provide support and encouragement, following direction from both the person supported and the person‑centred support plan.

  • Maintain accurate records in line with service requirements.
  • Administer personal care and medication if required.
  • Cover overnight (sleep‑in) sessions and receive an additional £60 per sleep‑in.

Marion House, in Bournemouth, Dorset, is a residential care home for eight adults with intellectual disabilities.

Care and support are available 24 hours a day from experienced and well‑trained staff.
