Ashley Place in Bognor Regis is a residential care home located on the seafront, close to the town centre. Designed in consultation with residents, the service offers state‑of‑the‑art equipment and facilities with highly experienced, trained staff.

As an Enabling Support Worker, it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person‑centred support plan. You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements, and may also be required to administer personal care and medication. There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions and you will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.
