We are recruiting Bank Enabling Support Workers for our Independent Living service at Beaumont Court, managed by the Shaftesbury disability charity. This role supports individuals with a range of needs, helping them live a full and flourishing life. The position is fully funded – the minimum wage is exceeded by £12.60 per hour, with an additional £60 per sleep‑in session.
About the role
- Provide personal care and medication administration as required.
- Support individuals following their person‑centred support plan.
- Encourage independence and participation in the local community.
- Maintain accurate records in line with service requirements.
- Cover sleep‑in sessions, receiving the statutory additional pay.
