Important: Due to the specific requirements of this role, applications can only be accepted from female candidates who hold a full UK driving licence with no endorsements. About the Role
As a Bank Enabling Support Worker, you’ll provide person‑centred support by:
- Following individual support plans and taking direction from the person you support
- Encouraging independence, confidence and life experiences
- Maintaining accurate records in line with service requirements
- Supporting with personal care and the administration of medication when required
- Building positive and professional relationships with families and professionals
You’ll be providing 2:1 support to a young man with complex care needs, helping him live an active and fulfilling life.

Experience supporting someone with a PBS (Positive Behaviour Support) plan is essential.
