We are recruiting for a 9‑month maternity cover as an Enabling Support Worker at Shaftesbury Next Steps, a day centre that supports young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. This role does not qualify for visa sponsorship as the service is not registered with CQC.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide support and encouragement, following the person supported and the person‑centred support plan.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with service requirements.
  • Administer personal care and medication, where required.
