About the role
As an Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person centred support plan. You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication. If there is a requirement to cover sleep in sessions you will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in. Kenway Court is a residential, community‑focused care home in Southend‑on‑Sea.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and encouragement as directed by the person supported and their support plan.
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with service requirements.
- Administer personal care and medication where required.
- Cover sleep sessions when needed, receiving £60 per sleep session.
