At Shaftesbury Horizons, we’re looking for a dedicated Team Leader to help shape a supportive, inclusive environment where people can truly thrive. Please note this role will be predominantly day work but will include the occasional night shift.

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high-quality care and support for both the people we support and your team.
