Shaftesbury is seeking an exceptional part-time Admin Team Leader to shape the journey of young people as they move into and beyond Shaftesbury Nash College. The role offers flexibility with 3 days per week and requires coordinating transition pathways, working with families, local authorities and external professionals to ensure person-centred, high-quality transitions.

You will jointly oversee a small Transition team and represent the college to build partnerships and champion inclusive.
