Are you the candidate we are looking for? Shaftesbury Next Steps is recruiting for Enabling Support Workers. This role does not qualify for visa sponsorship, as the service is not registered with CQC per Home Office guidelines. About the role
As an Enabling Support Worker, you will provide support and encouragement, taking direction from the person supported and the person-centred support plan. You will be required to maintain accurate records in line with service requirements, and may be required to administer personal care and medication. Next Steps is a day centre that supports young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to learn and develop life-skills and build confidence. Our caring and friendly staff encourage people we support to participate in activities that challenge them to reach their full potential, including arts & crafts, sport, fitness and wellbeing, gardening and horticulture.
