Are you the candidate we are looking for? At Shaftesbury John Grooms Court we are recruiting for Enabling Support Workers. We are looking for people with the passion, talent, skills and experience that add up to a caring and community‑minded workforce.
About the role
- Providing support and encouragement, following the direction of the person supported and their individual support plan.
- Maintaining accurate records during work hours in line with service requirements.
- Administering personal care and medication when required.
- Covering sleep sessions; payable £60 per sleep session.
Location: John Grooms Court, Norwich – a residential home for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities, offering 25 single‑occupancy flats and 2 two‑occupancy flats.
