Shaftesbury is seeking an Individual Giving Manager to drive acquisition and sustain support across regular giving, appeals, lottery and new products. The role combines fundraising strategy with multichannel campaigns to maximise donor value.
You will work in a hybrid setup from London or Gateshead, reporting to the Head of Individual Giving and coordinating with fundraising teams to grow income while delivering engaging donor journeys.
