We are recruiting for 2 Enabling Support Workers.
About the role
This role is based at Bradbury Court in Harrow, north London, providing person‑centred, responsive residential care to 21 adults with physical disabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing support and encouragement to individuals, following their care plans.
- Maintaining accurate records during work hours, in line with service requirements.
- Administering personal care and medication as required.
- Covering sleep‑in sessions; paid an additional £60 per sleep‑in.
