At Shaftesbury North East, we’re looking for an inspiring and committed Service Delivery Lead to join our passionate team. This is an opportunity to take a lead role in shaping outstanding, person‑centred services that enable people with disabilities to live full, independent and meaningful lives.
About the role
As Service Delivery Lead, you’ll play a vital leadership role across the service. You’ll support, motivate and develop staff, while ensuring people we support receive consistently high‑quality care that is tailored to their individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Taking full ownership of service delivery, quality and continuous improvement
- Developing and embedding effective systems and processes
- Supporting staff to deliver professional, flexible and personalised care
- Working collaboratively with relevant governing bodies and partners
- Contributing to service development and new business opportunities
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and quality standards
About you
We’re looking for someone who brings passion, professionalism and commitment to inclusive care.
- Hold a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care, or be willing to work towards it
- Have experience supporting adults with a range of disabilities and support needs
- Be confident leading teams and driving service quality
- Share our values and belief in person‑centred, community‑focused support
