About the role
At Shaftesbury East Anglia we are recruiting for a Service Delivery Lead. This role does not qualify for visa sponsorship. We are looking for people who have the passion, talent, skills and experience that add up to a caring and community‑minded workforce. The Service Delivery Lead will support staff and people supported, and take full responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes to ensure the highest quality of care and support. In this role you will also work with relevant governing bodies on new business opportunities for the service.
Qualifications
- CQC registration.
- Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work toward it.
