About the role
As an Enabling Support Worker, your role is to provide support and encouragement, following directions from both the person supported and the person‑centred support plan. You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication. There will be a requirement to cover sleep sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep session. Treetops is a high‑dependency residential care home providing 24‑hour nursing and personal care for adults with disabilities, most of whom are younger.
