We are recruiting for an Enabling Support Worker at Shaftesbury Brookside House, a modern residential care home for adults with disabilities in Edgware, north London. The role involves supporting residents in a person-centred, flexible approach, maintaining accurate records, administering personal care and medication, and covering sleep sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and encouragement to residents, following the person-centred support plan.
- Maintain accurate records in line with service requirements.
- Administer personal care and medication as required.
- Cover sleep sessions; receive an additional £60 per sleep session.

- £500 bonus upon completion of 12 months of employment (terms apply).
