Are you the candidate we are looking for? At Shaftesbury Martello Road we are recruiting for Bank Enabling Support Workers. Please note this role does not qualify for visa sponsorship, as the salary requirements set by the Home Office are not satisfied. About the role
As a Bank Enabling Support Worker your role will be to provide support and encouragement by taking direction from both the person supported and the person‑centred support plan. You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication. There will be the opportunity to cover sleep‑in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep‑in. At Martello Road, Shaftesbury South East provides person‑centred care and support, enabling adults with intellectual and physical disabilities to live as independently as possible. In the Eastbourne area, we offer independent living tenancy in shared houses with some communal space, and we support customers in their own homes.
