About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to staff and residents, ensuring a high quality of care and support.
  • Develop and implement systems and processes for service delivery.
  • Collaborate with governing bodies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Experience in adult care and managing a community-focused residential setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
