About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to staff and residents, ensuring a high quality of care and support.
- Develop and implement systems and processes for service delivery.
- Collaborate with governing bodies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with standards.
Qualifications:
- Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Experience in adult care and managing a community-focused residential setting.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
