Are you the candidate we are looking for? At Shaftesbury Next Steps we are recruiting for a 9 Month Maternity Cover Enabling Support Workers. Please note this role does not qualify for visa sponsorship, as the service is not registered with CQC as per the guidelines set by the Home Office.

About the role: As an Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person centred support plan. You will be required to maintain accurate records.
