Are you the candidate we are looking for? At Shaftesbury Anvil House we are recruiting for Enabling Support Workers. Please note this role does not qualify for visa sponsorship, as the salary requirements set by the Home Office are not satisfied.

About the role

As an Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person‑centred support plan. You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication. There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in. Anvil House in Billericay, Essex, provides person‑centred, responsive care for seven adults with intellectual disabilities. Our team delivers positive behaviour support to ensure those in our care can live a flourishing life.
