About the role

As a Bank Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement by taking direction from the person supported and the person‑centred support plan. You will be required to maintain accurate records, administer personal care and medication where needed, and may be asked to cover sleep sessions. For each sleep session you will receive an additional £60.
