We are recruiting for Bank Enabling Support Workers to work within our Bournemouth services – Marion House, Ivy Lodge and Stirling Road.
This role does not qualify for sponsorship, as the hours available do not meet the Home Office guidelines.
About the role
As a Bank Enabling Support Worker, your responsibilities will include
- Providing support and encouragement, following the person supported’s needs and the person-centred support plan.
- Maintaining accurate records in line with service requirements.
- Administering personal care and medication as required.
- Covering sleep sessions with an additional £60 paid per sleep in.
Marion House is a residential care home for eight adults with intellectual disabilities located in Bournemouth, Dorset, and operates 24 hours a day.
