Shaftesbury School is seeking a dedicated Senior Learning Support Mentor to join our Inclusion team. This role involves supporting pupils with special educational needs and promoting a supportive learning environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the SENDCo and manage the Internal Alternative Provision, ensuring all students are included.

The mentor will develop programmes, support staff, and create a calm environment for learning. The role offers full-time or part-time hours during term time, with a positive contribution to the Inclusion Team.
