About The Role
As an Enabling Support Worker you will support and encourage residents, following direction from the person supported and the person‑centred support plan. You will maintain accurate records while at work, administer personal care and medication where required, and cover sleep‑in sessions, for which you will receive an additional £60 per session.

Benefits
