We are looking to appoint a Physical Education Subject Lead or Teacher, who will focus on supporting physical education across the school. The position would be ideal for a secondary teacher of physical education or a primary physical education specialist. We are looking to appoint for September 2026.

Due to the departure of the current Physical Education Subject Lead we have an opening for this important position at Shaftesbury High School. Physical Education is a popular subject with students.
As the Physical Education Subject Lead you will work closely with the Deputy Headteacher to ensure the continuation of high expectations and an impactful curriculum. You will play a key role in continuing to ensure that Physical Education is a curriculum experience valued by students. This is a wonderful time to join the school.
