At Shaftesbury Telford, we are recruiting for Enabling Support Workers. Due to service requirements, only Female candidates will be considered. This role does not qualify for visa sponsorship, as the salary requirements set by the Home Office are not satisfied.

About the role:
- As an Enabling Support Worker, you will provide support and encouragement, taking direction from both the person supported and the person centred support plan.
- You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements.
- You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.
- There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions, with an additional £60 paid per sleep in.
Telford provides independent living services to adults with intellectual disabilities. Shaftesbury specialises in providing person-centred, flexible care and support in the community for people with a wide range of needs and living situations.
