Are you the candidate we are looking for? At Shaftesbury Kenway Court we are recruiting for a Team Leader. About the role: As a Team Leader it will be your duty to oversee the day to day running of the service. This will include supporting the staff team and the people supported. We are looking for candidates who have obtained a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or are willing to work towards this qualification. There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in. As a Team Leader you will be required to be part of the On Call rota for the service. You will be paid an additional £10 per session. Kenway Court is a residential, community-focused care home in Southend-on-Sea. The service supports people with intellectual and physical disabilities. People who live at Kenway Court have wide individual choice, with active support from staff. Our service offers nursing support to those with complex needs. We take a person-centred, flexible approach. We know that everyone’s needs and aspirations are different – that all sorts of things add up to a flourishing life.
