Senior Trusts and Grants Manager Location: Home working Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum depending on experience Vacancy Type: Permanent Closing Date: 4th of Septemeber 2026 We're looking for an experienced Senior Trusts & Foundations Manager to lead our trusts and foundations fundraising programme, securing high-value and multi-year grants that help transform lives. You'll work closely with senior leaders to develop compelling funding propositions, manage key funder relationships and oversee a strong pipeline of opportunities. You will also line manage a Trusts Officer. If you have a proven track record of securing significant grant income and thrive on developing ambitious funding strategies, we'd love to hear from you. Key attributes: Strategic thinker and strong relationship builder with the confidence to engage and influence funders, senior stakeholders and executive leaders Excellent bid writer and project manager, able to turn complex programmes and impact data into compelling funding proposals while managing multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously Analytical and commercially aware, using data, forecasting and pipeline management to drive performance. People-focused manager with experience developing and supporting team members to achieve success.
