Are you a confident HR professional who thrives on leading change and partnering with operational teams? We are looking for an experienced People Business Partner to join us for a 6-month fixed-term project role, supporting our Care Operations Services. This is a hands-on, impactful role where you will work closely with managers to deliver key people projects that shape how we operate and support our teams.
What you will be doing:
- You will take the lead on a range of business-critical projects, including:
- Delivering a programme of working time and rota changes
- Supporting organisational restructures
- Managing TUPE transfers
- Working directly with managers and supporting them through projects to meet business needs
- Day to day interactions with managers and staff to support in all areas of people management
From initial planning through to consultation and implementation, you will own the process end-to-end ensuring fair, compliant, and effective outcomes. Beyond project work, you will act as a trusted advisor, providing pragmatic, commercially focused people support across day-to-day HR matters.

You will be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking People Team, playing a key role in strengthening the organisation by helping us attract, retain, and develop talented people who deliver exceptional services.
About you:
We are looking for someone who can confidently influence and support at all levels. You will bring:
- Proven experience coaching managers, supporting the leadership team and leading complex casework
- Strong knowledge of employment law
- Experience in large, multi-site organisations
- Ideally, exposure to regulated environments (e.g. CQC, Ofsted)
- CIPD qualification and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
- Flexibility to travel across the UK as needed
