At Shaftesbury Lisburn we are recruiting for a Team Leader.

About the role As a Team Leader it will be your duty to oversee the day to day running of the service.

This will include supporting the staff team and the people supported.

We are looking for candidates who have obtained a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or are willing to work towards this qualification.

There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions.

You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.

As a Team Leader you will be required to be part of the On Call rota for the service.

You will be paid an additional £10 per session.

Lisburn is an Independent Living service.

Our Independent Living specialises in providing flexible, client-driven approach to care, health and inclusion requirements for people with a wide range of needs and living situations.

Whether support is needed for an hour or two, or up to 24 hours a day, we help people to get the most out of life and their local community.

This service, which embraces homecare, accessing local activities, community support and day services, supports all ages from late teens to elderly people.
