About the role: As a Service Delivery Lead it will be your role to provide support to the staff and people supported. You will take full responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes, to ensure we are able to provide the highest quality of care and support. You will also be required to work with the relevant governing bodies on new business opportunities for the service. We are looking for a candidate who holds their CQC registration and their Level 5 in Health and Social Care, or are willing to work towards this qualification.
Shaftesbury East Anglia provides person-centred care and support for adults with a wide range of disabilities and needs. The service is tailored to the individual’s needs, enabling people to build on living skills and independence and achieve daily tasks in their homes. Accessing the local community for activities, to make friends and be part of the community is an important part of this service.
