About the role: As an Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person centred support plan. You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication. There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in. Livability East Anglia provides person-centred care and support for adults with a wide range of disabilities and needs. The service is tailored to the individual’s needs, enabling people to build on living skills and independence and achieve daily tasks in their homes. Accessing the local community for activities, to make friends and be part of the community is an important part of this service.
