Shaftesbury Victoria School is seeking a Head of Student Services to provide strategic leadership across pastoral care, safeguarding, family engagement and student advocacy. You will oversee counselling, ELSA provision and wider wellbeing services, work closely with families, colleagues and external agencies, and promote inclusion, belonging and student voice.

As DDSL you will champion safeguarding and wellbeing outcomes, guiding a dedicated team to support children and young people with complex needs.
