Please note this role does not qualify for visa sponsorship, as the service is not registered with CQC as per the guidelines set by the Home Office.

About the role

As an Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person centred support plan. You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.

Next Steps is a day centre that supports young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to learn and develop life-skills and build confidence. Our caring and friendly staff encourage people we support to participate in various activities that challenge them to reach their full potential. Activities include arts & crafts, sport, fitness and wellbeing, and gardening and horticulture.
