About the Role
As a Team Leader, you’ll take the lead in overseeing the day‑to‑day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care, smooth operations and strong teamwork. Your role will include:
- Supporting, guiding and motivating staff
- Ensuring high‑quality support for the people who use our services
- Maintaining professional, accurate records
- Being part of the On‑Call rota (£10 per session)
- Covering sleep‑ins where required (£60 per sleep‑in)
Qualifications:
We welcome candidates who have achieved NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or those who are willing to work towards it.
About Netteswell Bungalows
Shaftesbury Netteswell Bungalows is a warm, supportive residential setting made up of six self‑contained bungalows for adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities.
