About the role

As a Night Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person centred support plan. You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication. At Keefield Close, on the outskirts of Harlow, Essex, provides person-centred, responsive, residential care for ten adults with profound physical and intellectual disabilities. We provide care for a wide range of needs including spastic quadriplegia and Down’s Syndrome.
