Enabling Support Worker

Location: Brookside House, Edgware
Salary: £14.00 per hour
Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full Time (40 hours per week)

About the role

As an Enabling Support Worker, you will provide support and encouragement to residents, following the person‑centred support plan. You will maintain accurate records, administer personal care and medication, and provide cover for sleep sessions.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide support and encouragement to residents in line with their support plan.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with service requirements.
  • Administer personal care and medication as required.
  • Provide cover for sleep sessions and receive additional pay of £60 per sleep session.
