What You’ll Be Doing
- Support with the maintenance of existing business systems and the implementation of any new systems that have been identified as adding value to Shaftesbury.
- The role also incorporates developing and maintaining reporting that provides valuable insight to people across the organisation.

- Detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, data governance principles, regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR) with a commitment to upholding data privacy and security standards.
- Awareness of emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in both the care sector and data analytics.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools with an understanding of data management and programming management.
- Understanding of HR and Finance systems.
