Are you the candidate we are looking for? At Shaftesbury Anvil House we are recruiting for Enabling Support Workers. About the role
As an Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person centred support plan. You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication. There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.
Anvil House in Billericay, Essex, provides person-centred, responsive care for seven adults with intellectual disabilities. Our team provide positive behaviour support to ensure that those in our care are enabled to live a flourishing life. Our home is in a peaceful residential area, close to the town centre. Care is available 24 hours a day from experienced and well-trained staff. Our staff work closely with local GPs, psychologists, psychiatrists, speech and language therapists and community/learning disability nurses, to give you tailored care.
