- Glassmorphic and advanced UI techniques β Demonstrate expertise in glassmorphism visual design style.
- Gamification and user engagement β Design reward systems, progress bars, checklists and other game-like elements to increase engagement and retention.
- Cross-platform design β Ensure pixel-perfect, responsive UI for mobile, tablet and desktop are delivered.
- Mentor and coach β Provide daily guidance to the design team and collaborate with leadership on design reviews.
- Research and trend analysis β Stay up-to-date with the latest design innovations in health and wellness, mobile interfaces and gamification.
- Collaborate with engineering β Work closely with PMs and developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and align with our white-label architecture.

- Expert Figma skills β Mastery of variables, tokens, modes and design systems.
- Glassmorphism β Proficiency designing translucent UI with proper use of opacity, background blur and gradients.
