Short-term elite contract — world-class design urgently required.

Who We Are: Shae Group builds white-label, AI-enabled products across health, wellbeing, education, and human performance. We deliver measurable outcomes by combining human-centered design with precision AI. Our teams move fast, insist on quality, and obsess over retention, engagement and product-market fit.

Who You Are: You are a world-class product UI/UX designer who pairs creative vision with rigorous execution. You build and document Figma design systems with variables and tokens, deliver pixel-perfect cross-platform screens, and use gamification and advanced UI techniques (glassmorphism) to measurably increase engagement and retention. You communicate clearly via voice memos and screen recordings and coach design teams to execute at A+ level. Your attention to detail is exceptional and working independently on focused work is what you prefer.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead design strategy and audit the existing app; propose and implement improvements inspired by top health/consumer apps.
  • Build and refine a Figma design system using variables, tokens and components; document naming conventions for engineering hand-off.
  • Design multi-brand theming (white-label support) and export tokens for engineering integration.
  • Implement gamification mechanics and glassmorphic UI solutions while ensuring accessibility and cross-platform parity.
  • Mentor and coach the internal design team with daily feedback (voice memos/screenshares) and maintain comprehensive documentation.

How to apply:

  • Click Apply → complete prescreen questions (working logistics + availability) → submit portfolio link and one-page delivery plan + example token export (JSON).
  • Self-schedule a 16-minute prescreen AI one-way video interview.
  • Complete a 3rd-party personality profile.
  • If shortlisted, submit a 5–10 minute screenshare explaining a design system you built.
  • If successful, hiring manager interview within 24–48 hours — offers same day for top candidates.

Closing note: We seek an A-player who raises the bar for product UX in health technology. Please do not apply if you are based in GMT+5 to GMT+7. We will move quickly for outstanding candidates.

Must-have qualifications:

  • Portfolio of world-class apps showing measurable engagement/ROI improvements across mobile, tablet and desktop.
  • Expert Figma skills — design systems, variables, tokens, components, and experience exporting tokens for engineering.
  • Proven experience designing gamification systems and advanced UI styles (glassmorphism) with accessibility in mind.

Nice-to-have:

  • Prior experience in health, behavioral health, clinical or medically inclined apps.
  • Experience building white-label themes and multi-brand design frameworks.
