Overview The Sales Manager at Shinfield Studios will support the Global Sales Team in driving occupancy, revenue growth and exceptional client experience primarily at Shinfield Studios, but also across the studio\'s global portfolio. This role combines proactive sales pipeline management with strong organizational and administrative skills. The Sales Manager will be the central point of coordination for enquiries, tours, market intelligence and client data – ensuring the Global Sales Team has clear, accurate information to make fast, informed decisions. Job Responsibilities - What You\'ll Do Market confident dealing with clients and senior stakeholders. High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling data and documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and CRM or tracker tools (e.g. Excel-based trackers, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Preferred Experience within the film, TV, media, or studio/real estate environment. Previous involvement in managing sales pipelines or leasing processes. Proactive, with a “follow-through” mentality – takes ownership and closes the loop. Commercially aware and curious about market trends and competitor activity. Client-focused, with a professional and approachable manner. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Collaborative and team-oriented, while able to work independently when required.
