We’re seeking a Site Engineer and Project Engineer to join our established team delivering an over‑55s estate project in Parkhurst. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the success of our first project in the region, while also contributing to the continued growth of our regional portfolio as we secure and deliver future projects.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for daily project activities to ensure project outcomes are met in accordance with contractual and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Conduct daily site inspections and oversee onsite teams and plant, including subcontractors
  • Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules
  • Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources
  • Cost tracking and reporting to Project Manager
  • Quality Assurance documentation
  • Contract Administration, including NODs/EOTs, notices, reporting, claims
