About Shaded The Studio:


Shaded The Studio is a full-service creative production house based in Canonbury, London. We create content with main character energy – helping brands scale, connect and convert through bold storytelling and beautiful execution. Our clients include culture-forward and purpose-led brands such as Bouclème, The Body Shop, and Art of Football.


With an in-house studio, a growing team, and a culture that champions creativity, collaboration, and work-life balance, we’re now looking for a Head of Production to join us and lead our production capabilities into the next chapter.


The Role:


As Content Production Lead, you will sit at the intersection of creative, strategy, and delivery – owning the production process end-to-end across client work. From digital content sprints to full-scale shoot days, you’ll ensure our projects run smoothly, efficiently, and always with the quality and storytelling edge Shaded is known for.


Reporting into the Co-Founder, you’ll manage our internal creative and strategy teams, lead production timelines, and bring clarity and momentum to every stage of the content journey from idea to execution.


What You’ll Do:


  • Oversee all production workflows across digital, video and stills content – from pre-production (ideation and briefing) to delivery


  • Lead production sprints with the internal design and creative strategy teams, aligning output with client objectives


  • Manage shoot days in our Canonbury studio and on location, overseeing talent, crew, logistics and creative execution


  • Own project timelines and budgets, ensuring clarity, accountability and delivery across multiple client work streams


  • Collaborate with the CMO/Co-Founder to shape campaign roadmaps and creative concepts


  • Be a central point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and delivery excellence


  • Drive operational excellence, refining internal processes as the studio grows


What You Bring:


  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a production leadership role within a creative studio, agency or brand


  • A natural organiser with exceptional project management skills and attention to detail


  • Strong understanding of digital-first content production — from branded social to campaign creative


  • An excellent communicator who can inspire teams, manage clients and lead with clarity and confidence


  • A creative eye and appreciation for great storytelling and content that converts


  • Experience managing in-house and freelance teams, with a collaborative and proactive leadership style


  • Comfortable juggling multiple fast-moving projects and wearing multiple hats
