This role is to provide essential administrative and client service support to the Pensions on Divorce Expert, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day pension business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Entering client information onto IO/CRM.
- Drafting Terms of Business and Letters of authority.
- Submitting letters of authority to pension providers, taking ownership and organising chasing the information for each case.
- Gather scheme data and documentation.
- Perform calculations for pension sharing reports.
- Support the preparation of pension sharing reports and assistance with divorce related pension case work.
- Proofreading reports for accuracy and consistency.
- Opportunity to progress to report writing once knowledge has built up.
External Relationships
- Liaising with Providers/Platforms to chase information.
- Dealing with client calls and emails.
- Dealing with solicitors calls and emails.
Internal Relationships
- Working closely within the pension on divorce hub.
- Working closely with the PODE to provide full support.

Knowledge and experience
- Good understanding of office procedures and administrative systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with strong overall IT skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems.
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment, including small teams and independently.
- Ability to organise workload, prioritise effectively, and identify issues for escalation.
- Awareness of data protection regulations and confidentiality principles.
- Understanding of internal communication protocols and business processes.
- Experience handling incoming calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Strong communication skills, delivering information clearly and concisely (verbal and written).
