The role is to provide administrative support to the Advisers and Operations Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Preparing valuations and information for client annual reviews.
- Updating our back office system (Intelligent Office) with personal client data and adding all relevant documents.
- Supporting Advisers in collating information/documents in preparation for meetings.
- Drafting annual suitability letters for existing clients.
- Processing and monitoring progress of transactions and issuing documentation.
- Meeting all standards and targets as detailed in the compliance procedures and training and competence scheme.
- Ad hoc projects.
- Working closely within the administration teams and other support teams within the company.

Person specification
- At least 2 yearsβ minimum experience in the IFA Market.
- Previous work experience in the IFA Market.
- Ability to learn new software.
- Experience working within a fast-paced office with a large team.

- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
