Assistant Managers Wanted! Earning potential for assistant managers, up to £16ph. Located in the heart of Soho, Shack Fuyu is an inspired Japanese Yoshoku food restaurant, featuring the Western‑influenced cooking style popular in Japan. We serve the famous “best pudding in London” Kinako French Toast, bottom‑less brunch, à la carte, pre‑theatre, and tasting menus.

Our service is informal yet extremely professional, and we are always looking for people eager to try something new whether on the floor or in the kitchen. We are now looking for an assistant manager to step up from service and help lead our team. Shack Fuyu stands on its own among our restaurants, with the opportunity for much more autonomy within the role. We seek a passionate supervisor who is dedicated to the brand and enthusiastic about training a team that reflects that dedication to our guests.
